Tricky Wolfes and Kathy Rainer

Outrageous wisdom from Southern- fried party planning queens Kathy Rainer and Tricky Wolfes!

Duos since their college days, Kathy Rainer and Tricky Wolfes have been the leading ladies in regional event planning and speaking circuits since their company’s conception in 1992. Before moving into the profession realm, Rainer and Wolfes volunteered their floral and event services to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. This volunteer work inspired the designers to create an event planning business, Parties to Die For, that specialized in clever party themes and large floral arrangements. Parties to Die For quickly became synonymous with creative design and fabulous floral displays as seen at some of the most spectacular events in Atlanta and the Southeast.

Their shared love for fabulous soirees and beautiful flowers lead to the creation of Parties to Die For. Their motto is “If it’s worth doing it’s worth overdoing.” We describe ourselves as “Lucy and Ethel” and love to share stories of the trials and tribulations of the perfect fete. We try to share current trends of the flower world while providing tips to plan the perfect party. We love to share our presentation “Creating a Party to Die For.” As speakers we travel large with props and containers of all shapes and sizes, always bringing an assortment of flowers of the season. Our presentation is both informative and entertaining and is a must see for flower lovers and party givers. We always share tales of behind the scene high jinks and high drama sprinkled with a bit of comedy.
